MySOP.guru is operated by Almeida de Medeiros Zrycki Trading, based in Switzerland. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to this entity. References to "you" or "your" refer to the person or organisation using MySOP.guru.
MySOP.guru is a software tool that helps you create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation. It consists of a Chrome browser extension that captures your on-screen workflows, a web application for editing and managing your documentation, and an export function that generates professional PDF or HTML documents.
You must create an account to use MySOP.guru. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
MySOP.guru operates on a pay-per-document model. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Capturing workflows and editing them in the editor is free and unlimited; you are charged only when you export a document.
Free first export: Every verified account receives one export credit free of charge. It is granted automatically when you verify your email address, and it works exactly like a purchased credit — no card details are required to use it.
Per-document pricing: Each export is charged individually at the price shown at the time of purchase. Displayed prices do not include VAT. Where VAT applies, it is calculated and added at checkout, and the total payable is shown to you before you confirm the payment. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect a purchase you have already made or credits you already hold.
Credit bundles: You may pre-purchase export credits in bundles at a reduced rate per document. Credits are applied to your account on payment and are deducted one per export.
Credits expire 24 months after the date they are purchased. We will email you before any of your credits are due to expire, so that you have the opportunity to use them. Credits have no cash value, are tied to your account, and cannot be transferred or resold.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Invoices are issued through Quaderno.
Refunds: Because our products are digital documents generated on demand, we generally do not offer refunds once a document has been successfully generated and made available for download. If a document fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will either re-generate it or issue a full refund. Unused credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. For any payment dispute, contact us at support@mysop.guru within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: our liability in connection with payments, credits and refunds is subject to the limits set out in section 11 (Limitation of liability).
If you are a consumer, you would ordinarily have a statutory period in which to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By requesting an export and confirming payment, you expressly request that we begin supplying that digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in respect of that export once the document has been generated and made available to you.
This does not affect your right of withdrawal in respect of unused export credits, which you may request a refund for as described in section 4, nor any other mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
You retain full ownership of the workflows, screenshots, and documentation you create using MySOP.guru. We do not claim any rights to your content.
By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for what you capture. In particular, you agree not to capture or upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party intellectual property, or contains personal data about individuals who have not consented to be captured. If you are documenting a system that contains personal data belonging to other people — for example employee or customer records — you are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it.
We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not disclose it to any third party except the infrastructure providers listed in our privacy policy.
You agree to use MySOP.guru only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@mysop.guru. Documents you have already exported and downloaded remain yours and are unaffected. If you close your account while holding unused credits purchased within the previous 14 days, we will refund those credits. After that 14-day period no refund will be issued for unused credits, and any credits remaining on the account when it is closed are forfeited.
We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, if your use poses a security or legal risk, or if required by law. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to put the matter right. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund any unused credits.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give registered users at least 30 days' notice by email, allow you to export or download your existing content during that period, and refund any unused credits.
We aim to keep MySOP.guru available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice, subject to section 8.
The MySOP.guru brand, software, design, and documentation (excluding your content) are the intellectual property of Almeida de Medeiros Zrycki Trading. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MySOP.guru, including loss of data or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of MySOP.guru shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Under Swiss law this includes liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. If you are a consumer, the limits set out above apply only to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence under EU consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may close your account under section 8.
